System Losses

 

One of the principle areas of concern to clients and regulators has been the issue of sytem losses, from the impact that high losses have on their business, to the contribution this makes towards climate change.

PPA energy and our partners have extensive global experience in reducing both commercial and technical system losses. PPA Energy holds expertise in the organisation and process decisions that surround loss reduction.

PPA Energy envisaged Kestrel, a major new active network management and losses product/research initiative to enable both technical and non-technical losses to be easily and accurately quantified and located. An advanced expert system will identify appropriate targeted solutions including both proven conventional and leading-edge dynamic solutions.
