An update of the Technical Guide for the Connection of Generation to the Distribution Network guide was recently required by the member companies of the Energy Networks Association (ENA). 

PPA Energy has revised the existing guide, updating the core connection process information and adding new sections on recent developments relating to Distributed Generation (DG), such as Feed-in Tariffs (FITs).  The Guide has been updated with the involvement of stakeholders, including DNOs and Distributed Generation developers.  The style of the Guide has been transformed to make it more suitable for a wide range of readers, and a number of Guides are available for different sizes of generation projects.

The ENA Distributed Generation Connection Guides are now available on the ENA’s website.
